Ontario Auto Repair Network, 50-plus locations
What we can prove, and what we cannot
The situation
A franchise network whose top-3 rankings jumped from 292 to 445 between November 2025 and February 2026, before our organic program began. The engagement started in late January 2026.
What we did
- Blog content strategy and a full technical review in February, the structured data rollout, a Business Profile baseline review in March, a network-wide update across 50-plus locations, and ongoing location and promotion work alongside paid media.
What moved
Top-3 rankings held between 440 and 450 through October 2026, against a pattern where jumps like that usually decay. Top-10 rankings rose 46% year over year, from 728 to 1,064. Keywords cited inside AI Overviews went from 13 in October 2025 to 32 in January, 117 in March and 99 in October 2026, and the share of AI Overview answers citing the network rose from 4.4% to 5.3% between February and October. Estimated organic traffic rose 26%, from 23,700 to 29,800 a month.
What we would do differently
Nothing about the work; everything about the claim. The November to February jump is Google’s late-2025 updates or client-side changes, not us, and we say so.
We say which part is ours.
